Ideas for 11 dd birthday?? Bonding time wiith mom??

HI! Need ideas- SPECIAL ONES- for alone time, cool birthday ideas for my 11 yo DD....
Is there any healthy, organic-ish spa thingy.... like pedi/mani we could get?? Bracelets to make? Dinner ideas? Something nice to write in a card?? Ritual to do together??

For dd's 11th bday, I had a custom pair of earrings made from dd's favorite jeweler (srgoddess.com). She makes meaningful jewelry and my daughter adores what she's gotten there. Her grandmother gave her a chakra pendant that she adores also. Not handmade stuff like you suggested, but they were meaningful and not mass-produced.

I would suggest getting some pretty glass beads and a crystal prism and make sun catchers together. Or mother-daughter bracelets.

We did a spa night for her sleepover. It was super fun for her and her friends. Dd made "stations": a footbath area, a cozy nook for pedicures, and a facial area. They LOVED it. I imagine it would be just as fun for a special mother-daughter time.

If she likes to cook, let her plan the menu and you assist her.

Get a hotel room, at a place with a pool, and restaurant. Rent a fun movie there, and read mags, do nails, etc..

You could also get henna designs together, they don't last as long as jewelry, but they are fun and relaxing. Or you could get a kit and try doing each other. Honestly have no idea how hard it would be, but you could try and keep it simple.
