Just wondering if we had a thread where we can all share the names we picked out.

My girls will be Amelia Anne and Annalise Grace

Violet for a girl, Benjamin for a boy.

Grace *insert a mn here" for a girl, and who the heck knows for a boy.

You are all way ahead of us! I'm still obsessing over loooong lists and making tentative suggestions to DH... who then immediately exercises veto power.

We'll get there by July. If we find out the gender on Thursday, maybe that will help, too.

Benjamin is one of my favorites and would be near the top of my list, but it doesn't really work well with our last name.

My girl will be Allison Eliza (last name is like Rose.)
The boy name we loved was Ethan so we'll definitely use it in the future if we get the opportunity!

Scarlett Colleen Rene *lastname* if it's a girl (both middles are family, one to honor DH's mom who passed from breast cancer and Rene is mine and my mom's middle...couldn't choose one so we decided to go with both!)

Dane Riley or Dane Hunter if it's a boy...haven't decided on the middle yet.

Lots of beautiful names here!

William Paul for a boy (after the two grandpas) - though we can't agree on a nickname.

Not so sure for a girl. We know we are using Zea (zee) as the middle name - after my husband's grandmum. The names we love are Ruby, Zinnia (my favorite, and our 4 yr old Violet thought it up!), Molly, Eleanor.

My 4 yr old prefers Little Ick and Unicorn.

I love, love, LOVE Zinnia Zea! (And I normally go for classic/traditional!)

Gorgeous!

It is definitely my fave from our list. I was so excited when Violet suggested it, especially after her other ideas. When we have told people, at first they think it sounds funny with the two Z names, but after a few minutes they adore it. Not that it really matters, but its just funny.

For a girl, Scarlett Aziza
For a boy, Elliott Alfred (Alfred after my dad)

we currently have a single, gender-neutral name. we dig it. we're not sure if any others will occur to us.

We have a name for a girl. We're 90% there in deciding a name for a boy. IDK if hubs wants me to share....

I have no idea what we want for a name.
We've got Lyra stuck in our head for a girl though...and yes it's from the Golden Compass book. We are nerds. LOL

I'm totally stumped for boys names, so we're hoping to find out at our 20 wk u/s that its a girl HAHA

I think we're going to use DH's great-grandma's name as a middle name for a girl, it's Marguerite.

I think Lyra is pretty, EvansMomma. I like Lyric too.

For us I think it's Ekaterina Antonina for a girl (but we'll call her Katya) and either Sergei or Zion for a boy.

We just found out it's a boy. So, Abigail Rose is out and Nathaniel (or Nathan) James is in! Other names I love from this list are Margueritte, Ethan and Zinnia. Anyone willing to share their older kids names: mine are Chani (Chawnee) Amber and Seth Ronald (middle in honor of my dad).

It amazes me how many of my favorite names are showing up on everyone else's list! I love so many of the names you mamas have chosen... we're still flailing.

One name that crops up a few times in the family tree is "Gideon," which I like but I'm not sure about it with our last name, and I'm also not sure about nicknames. Has anyone known a Gideon -- and did he have a nickname? The only Gideon I ever knew didn't have a nickname AFAIK.
