There is a sub at my dc's elementary school who's name is Mrs Costa. But to the kids she's Mrs Pasta or any type of pasta they want to call her. She can be Mrs Macaroni, Mrs Tortellini, Mrs Ravioli, etc. My children have been talking about this woman all year and I honestly thought it was a joke. Well, I met Mrs Pasta today and she is just a sweet and funny as can be. She loves when the kids call her by a pasta name, just no Mrs Mac-n-Cheese. 
How fun is that? I told her I wanted to be in her class! That's the kind of thing kids need to keep school fun, thank goodness for the teachers like this!
