In the episode called "Aloha Baby" a mom is breastfeeding her very big and beautiful boy, and the mom asks her mother (grandma) is she needs to keep writing everything down, and the Grandma says, the whole thing about feeding him every two hours or whatever, is because it establishes your milk supply, the more he stimulates your breast the more it helps your supply not being an issue.
