I have to say BGs are among my favourites, they have always fit well and held up so far for almost 2 years. I am in process of having my 3.0s converted to snaps because the velcro is wearing...

Most of us here can agree that, as long as the result is a healthy baby and mom, a homebirth with even a lousy midwife is still generally a wonderful experience compared to a hospital birth. So...

I made a mushroom house for my kids' gnomes and I'm making some of the felted mushrooms from Myriad of Mushrooms. I'm thinking about doing a quick bunny or something, too.
Ooooh, a gnome home is a great idea. I have seen some great ones. I have several 1/2 finished gnomes hiding in one of my bags...
I am working on felted eggs and new baskets for the kids. I got some amazing green and yellow wool from my last MBOY and it is absolutely perfect for the baskets I plan on making.
For their baskets, I've made the very simple Easter chick from The Children's Year, and a little lamb from Toymaking with Children. If I have time I'd like to make the bunnies from the new "Living Crafts" mag.
I am gnitting gnome babies for each of my kids' baskets.
I started with the pattern that uses all squares but it looked baaad so I bought a pattern last night (nature something farms, I think) and started over again. So far, I like it better.
Oh, and I enlarged the pattern by half since I didn't want them to be tiny.
This is only my third project . . I made each kid a pair of wool pants over the past couple months. I love knitting!!
I did some teeny tiny toys to go inside plastic eggs for a playgroup easter egg hunt...and then just found out it was cancelled. Gahh. So I guess my daughter gets the loot herself!
I'll eventually be posting pics and patterns for the ones I made up myself...a couple are from other patterns.
I also did a bunch of Jean Greenhowe's eggs for another playgroup event, and those went over really well. Super easy, fast, and hold an egg shape well.
