You should probably run this by your doctor. I don't think it is a major concern, but Zoloft can affect your sleep patterns and you don't want to be waking up at 3 a.m. How long have you been taking the Zoloft? When I first started taking it I took it at night because I thought I could keep a consistent schedule easier that way, but I ended up switching to taking it in the morning because it did seem to mess with my sleep in strange ways. This change pretty much eliminated the problem for me.

Totally normal. You can try taking it in the morning, instead, which will eliminate this problem.
Some people do better taking it in the morning, and some do better at night. Just depends on your body.

The zoned out feeling is normal. Waking up in the middle of the night when you need sleep, not so good! I was on 200 mg of Zoloft and still didn't sleep. I'm a year and a half out and still battling PPD though, so YMMV. But I do find that sleep is totally essential. Waking up even for a minute, totally disrupts your sleep pattern and the quality of the sleep you are getting and can lead to feeling crappy!

Oops I forgot to recheck this thread! Lack of sleep I guess LOL
I have been taking it for 1 month. It is tapering off a bit. I am going to wait another week and if it keeps getting better then I will keep taking it at night otherwise I will try the morning.
Thanks for letting me know I was not the only zoned out person around
