Help - my cast iron is sticking terribly!

Ok, my cast iron is a couple years old and one piece is still sticking something awful!

I have seasoned, re-seasoned and seasoned again and this one piece is driving me crazy. I don't know what to do? I've tried cooking greasy foods in it, I've stripped it and seasoned it again but, nothing working.

I generally season with palm oil. I've tried coconut in the past and it worked for a while and then quit working.

Should I be using lard or tallow or something else?

Are you cooking with fats every time you cook in it? Are you washing it/rinsing it after every use?

I never "clean" my cast iron. I just wipe them out with a towel. And, I keep them on the stovetop (I have gas), instead of putting them away with my other pots.

I wouldn't say my cast iron never sticks, but I always use oil when I cook in them, too.
