Symptoms of baby food allergies

A question for anyone who's dc had infant eczema that you successfully tied to a food intolerance / allergy; were there other symptoms in addition to the skin issues - gas/bloating/fussing at the breast/poo issues?

Thanks

My DD has lots of food intolerances, but her eczema trigger is corn. She'll also wake up lots of times a night (and not want to go back to sleep) when she's had corn. She'll have two spots on her inner thighs that are red and raw and look like chafing (but she's potty trained so there's no diaper rubbing there or anything) and the back of her left knee (gets very itchy for her). She knows she's not supposed to have it, but sometimes one of the other kids will leave out a box of tic tacs or something and she'll get into it. Her symptoms for other foods are diarrhea, screaming all night long, drinking a ton of fluids during the day, vomiting, etc.

My son's food allergy symptoms were allergy shiners (black circles under the eyes), really bad sleep habits, general fussiness and difficult behavior and that's about it. That was from exposure to milk products in my breastmilk. If he eats dairy, his reaction is rash, vomiting, mild anaphylaxis in addition to the above.
