Is 3 too young to stop napping? - Page 2

DD stopped napping everyday a few months ago. Occassionally, she'll nap at school but when she does, she's a bear to get down at night. But, I have instituted "quiet time", which is 1 1/2 hours she plays in her room, alone while her baby sister is napping. This works out well and she loves the downtime of quiet play. Plus, it still give me a little break.

My oldest gave up naps at about 3 as well. There has been the occasional nap when he is growing, but ONLY if it's his idea, not mine. I think that 3 was old enough for my son to stop napping, but it wasn't old enough for me!
