No, you turn in your secondary skills assessment forms at the same time as your NARM application, so it wouldn't push back your test date or anything. (My friend just did this method, and passed the NARM in Feb.)

Oh, that is so awesome!!! Thanks for the reply. I was so disappointed when I was reading the PEP guidelines that if I did the PEP it would push back taking the NARM by six months. I will for sure be doing the secondary skills assessment.

no, you just print out the secondary skills paperwork, get it filled out, notarized and send it in with your application (that is what i did)...then i was scheduled for my exam about a month later.
