I would say that Tylenol is more benign than Ibuprofin, because some people are more sensitive to Ibuprofin. Also make sure you look at the inactive ingredients in everything - a lot of pills use cornstarch as a filler.

Also, I know on a TED that you don't always feel like you're getting enough food so make sure you're eating and drinking enough, even if it's only a limited number of foods, since that can cause a headache!!
