favorite paper cutter??

I'm looking to invest in a paper cutter....for crafting and homeschooling related projects. I'd love to hear about your favorite! Desktop size, not too $$$.

i like the fiskars rotary cutter. You can switch the blades out to do different cuts and scoring. You can also change out the little track that the blade cuts against if it gets mangled up.

I work in a scrapbooking store and there is a paper cutter made by making memories and it has a magnetic strip that the blade runs over and it sharpens the blade. I have heard a lot of great things about it, but its too big to be what i would consider portable, so not what I was looking for when I got mine. Might work great for you though.
