Anyone Else Have a Snacker?

This little girl is such a snacker! I feel like she is on one of my boobs all day! All my others would eat about every 2-3 hours, but she just wants to be on the breast all day. Am I alone in this or are there others out there? It's kind of hard to be home with all the kids when she wants to nurse all the time. I can't get anything done and my poor two year old is starting to feel neglected. I hope it passes as she gets bigger and she gives me a little bit of a break in between feedings! Hope everyone is doing well!

Oh my girl is like that. The only thing that saves me is I have the wraps and slings.

how do you nurse in the sling? Is there a link to a demo anywhere?

nak

Try looking on The Baby Wearer orMamatoto for a how to or video on how to nurse in a sling or wrap. I know i've seen them over there.

I think my boobs are too big to accomplish it so I haven't bookmarked it.

sometimes he's like that. Nurses a little, falls off with that milk drunk look (ADORABLE) and naps a few minutes then wakes and roots and nurses a little more... I need to learn how to nurse in the sling too.

Most nights mine does that too. Although last night she only woke up once to eat after I went to bed! I woke up this morning in a panic and checked to make sure she was ok. She did totally pig out during that one feeding so I guess that's why she stayed full for a whole 4 hours!

Mine was born Wednesday evening, and has hardly been off my breasts since. Day and night, she hardly ever sleeps without beeing latched on, and most of the time she sleeps, so obviously she is working hard on getting all that milk coming. I read that someone was sleeping on their stomach pp - how is that possible with a baby?

my first was CONSTANTLY on the boob, I figured out that sling pretty quick, but this one, GULPS it down in about 20 minutes, and then is good for a few hours (which is good since my boobs hurt so much right now!!!_)
