Yahoo

Thread Starter
I know there was a thread awhile back concerning where we are going to go after they close our thread.

I was thinking that Yahoo would be good for a couple of reasons.
1. Mothering is so busy that the page has a hard time keeping up with everyone on here.
2. we could post different topics as we do on this thread and that would make it easier to keep up with.

I don't know about anyone else but sometimes it is hard to keep up with a long thread, like the outies thread, when it is several pages long.

we could still chat on Mothering here and there, I was just thinking that it would be easier to keep up with each other on there.

What do y'all think??

I agree with the difficulty in keeping up with the long threads. Yahoo might be a good idea, for me anything that allows more threads than just one would be great!

I'll happily join both, but you'll see me posting more on the LWAB one. With the time difference, I actually find it easier to keep up with a conversation if I can read the whole thing in order.

I like yahoo too, I'm going to go join the group now. I never remember to check other boards, but my e-mail is always around

I like Yahoo too!!!

We cold always do both- have LWAB be an open chat thread & use yahoo for specific posts.

Yeah. That.

I'm a total IPB addict and would LOVE a board! For some reason I have trouble keeping up with Yahoo groups and have way too many of them right now, but if everyone else wants to go that way I guess I'll just have to do something about myself.

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately and that everything is all about me when I do. We're just going through a growth spurt is all. This too shall pass.

I'm in agreement with the Yahoo group - I'm to spoiled by forums.

I use this web-based free bulletin board for my gaming group and have had good luck with it. I'd be down with opening it but I'd definitely need some help with co-mods.

I'll co-mod

I agree a seperate free board would be good for me because yahoo groups give me too much trouble.

t think we should set up a message board on that free site then, it will easier for all of us to keep up with eachother

I prefer lwab, I found the yahoo site really confusing when I used it for the swap...could we do both?
