Are you planning anything special for Easter? Making a big dinner? Have guests coming over? I'm hoping if nothing has happened by Sunday to have people over, its bound to bring on labour.

We aren't planning anything in the way of company/food. We are going to do the whole hiding eggs/easter basket stuff with the kids but that is it. I want to keep their lives as "normal" as possible during this time, and it's something fun. Plus hiding eggs in the living room is something easy and I bought all the stuff for their baskets a week or so ago.

Nope, nothing big here. We usually don't, honestly. No family nearby to celebrate with, and while we've had some nice potluck dinners with friends before, schedules and travel time (and due dates...) this year are such that we don't want to plan anything. So we'll stick to our normal egg coloring and indoor egg hunt, like always, and hope they enjoy it.

My due date is the day after Easter, so my plan is to let MIL cook dinner! We will eat at her house (unless I have the baby before then, in which case she will bring the food here). We still plan to dye eggs and have an egg hunt, easter baskets for the kids - but the extended family is prepared to step in and help with this if I am indisposed...

I was thinking of going to an Easter brunch buffet in the morning - one of where you have to pay a large sum of money up front to get in and everyone is dressed nice - how could my water not break as I was standing in the buffet line? It would if my life were a sitcom...
