I breastfed my baby in front of lots of legislators!

In Vermont, last Friday was Early Childhood Legislative Day. The preschool I teach at always goes every year to march on the steps of the state capital and let our voices be heard about advocating for young children. Well this year, i brought my seven month old son and i was invited to sit up in front of all the legislators with a few of my co workers. Right as they were introducing a new bill, he started fussing so I whipped out the boob and started nursing him. Some of my friends even think I made history Just thought I would share my proud moment

NO AND 2 of them came up to me afterwards with a smile and touched my ds's head (once while i was still nursing) ! I guess Vermont just rocks
