In need of help!!!

My daughter is 20 mos old and still nursing strong all day and nite long. She is eating solids great she just still needs the "mommas milk" which I certainly dont mind however she will not sleep....at all. I am up literally every two hours and she still nurses on each side each time she gets up. I really do not want to let her cry it out but this cannot be good for either of us. She has slept throught the nite twice.....yes twice total ever. Luckily I am a stay at home mom but that certainly doesnt mean that we dont need sleep. I am desperately looking for any helpful advice on how to gently wean a toddler who is very dependent on this momma and baby time.
Thank you.

Put her in your bed so that you can both keep sleeping while she nurses.

I agree on the co sleeping.

Some people like to use Jay Gordon's techniques for night weaning. You can just night wean without weaning during the day.

Has it always been like that? Teething does this if it's a recent thing. You can't go 20 months without 4 hours of sleep in a row....at least I couldn't I'd be a wreck!!! My son is 28 months and nurses 2 times at night.....around 11 and around 2 then around 6.....sometimes he skips the 11 feeding. Giving him some cheese before bed helps skip the first feeding.....we cosleep so at least I don't get up. I will roll over and put my back to him - that helps...when he was nursing more frequently I'd wait and let him make some noise (and ignore DH poking me to tell me DS is awake) sometimes he'd fall back asleep on own.....sometimes he'd need boobie.....good luck
