Comic tweaking - the locker room mentality

I found this old comic and added the NOCIRC website, but is there something I could add to the caption, or delete the caption and add something else? Thanks in advance.

I want to dispel the "locker room teasing" myth that is perpetuated (http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=n47drr&s=3).

I saw that and was reminded of circ, too.

I suspect you can copy it and paste it into MS Paint, erase the caption and then copy and paste it into a word document and add your own caption. Then copy and paste it into MS Paint again and save it as a JPEG. That should have it ready to post on the internet.

The comic is copyrighted material. It's probably not a good idea to post an unauthorized altered version of it on the internet. Besides, I think the humor of the comic gets the point across just fine.

why would someones art need tweaking? i like it the way they created it, the message is loud and clear.

Its nice, but its message does not really work. It does not dispel the locker room myth at all, instead it supports it. All the comic is saying is when the time comes when most school age boys are intact, then it will be the circumcised who will be made fun of.

I think a parent who was considering circumcision would look at this and think, "Yeah, he will be made fun of in the locker room if he's different." And since there is still a majority of circumcised boys, the no circ message gets lost.

Not only that, but this cartoon would probably be very alienating for circumcised boys. And why make fun of someone whose choice has been taken away?

We could come up with the wording and the concept and get Hawthor the Cow Goddess to do some art work for us. See some examples of her good work at http://www.thecowgoddess.com/
