My DS was born with red rings around his irises, possibly broken blood vessels? His vision seems good (for two weeks), he even tracks things with his eyes! I vaguely remember hearing something years ago about this happening with preterm births, but he was 40w2d and 9pounds 8oz.
He will be two weeks old tomorrow, and he still has them! What exactly is it, and when will it go away!?
