this sucks...I started having this at the end of my pregnancy and it will not go away. I finally broke down adn bought a brace. I hurts so much that sometimes I cannot use the arm for a little bit.

I'm a March Mama, but I am having issues with my wrist as well. Usually it bothers me if I over-use it; spray bottles, scissors, typing...

I think carrying the new baby has set mine off again. I, too, am wearing my brace.
