this pattern calls for raise bar increase (row 10) what does that mean? i couldent find any info on it

I believe its also called a M1 and often will specify M1L or M1R (make one left or make one right) I could be wrong, but for whatever reason thats whats ringing a bell in my mind. You basically pick up part of the previous stitch (from the row below- its the "bar") and that makes the increase. I'd bet that knittinghelp.com has instructions on how to do a M1 increase and perhaps thats even where I heard of it unless I read it in a pattern somewhere.... but I'm about 90% sure thats what it is referring to.

edited to add: Yep, the PP was describing what I'm talking about so I suspect that I'm on the right track.
