I feel like everyone else who is due in March gave birth...

Please tell me I am not the only one.

I'm still here. I can't believe it myself.

I'm still pregnant! I actually have a c/s scheduled today but I'm not going. I'm sure I'll be here quite a while...I had freaking horrid contrax last night, again, stopping cold turkey. I've come to the conclusion she's just messing with my head.

You aren't alone. 39wks here. My mw wants to schedule an ultrasound this week b/c she thinks the baby is going to be really big. I only gained 1 pound since last week to this week, so I am trying not to let these thoughts get in my space.

Still here too. Im 40+6 I think. I feel like Im never going to go into labor! I have tried everything. Im terrified that Ill have to have a medical induction and then I wont be able to use the tub.

As though a larger baby would necessarily impede the birth. On top of all the stuff about late term u/s being notoriously inaccurate for estimating weight. Every person I've known who was told their baby was going to be OMG HUGE!!! ended up with a baby under 8lbs, and often under 7.

Good luck with that appointment though, if you go.

In response to the OP ... still here. 40w and 5d so far. I think today might be the day though. I started losing bits of my mucous plug on Friday, with there being bloody show Sunday and this morning, and I'm also crampy and having mild contractions at present. Of course it could mean nothing, but I went into labour at 40w2d with my son, and had the same crampy feelings and mild contractions the morning of his birth too, so it feels the same.

Enough contractions that I can cancel my son's OT appointment this morning, so I don't have to endure another round of "did you pop yet? so, how are you feeling? did the baby drop? are you feeling contractions?" which she's been asking me 3 times a week for the past couple of weeks. I think if I have to hear it one more time I might stab her at this point. I don't mind still being pregnant, but having to answer those questions all the time, especially by the same person, is getting irritating.

I'm still here, too. Due date is either today or next Monday. I was never sure of date of conception. It was one of two days.
So, I'm either 39 or 40 weeks today. Absolutely no signs of impending labor. None. Zero. Baby has been really low for weeks but that's it.
Keeping fingers crossed for all of us to have quick, easy births!

I'm still here too! EDD is Thursday! LO is predicted at 7 lbs 14 oz last Weds. I need to SEE this child! I don't like that I can't feel movements too much now-he shuffles around but no big kicks very often.

still here. My weds is crazy, eldest has an eye surgeon consult, I have a parent/teacher interview scheduled and a doc's appt that night. So I'm guessing babe will choose weds.

Me too... today is my EDD, so I'm hoping I won't have to wait much longer. I'm getting pretty impatient. dh was disappointed too - he thought he'd be getting out of work today. And I'm exhausted from ds waking up 4 times last night (he usually sleeps through the night - too much Easter candy I guess).

I wonder who will be the first of us to go? Whoever it is, good luck...

You all have no idea how much it means to know that I not the only one left to pop!

Thanks!

I'm still here too. EDD is Thursday.

I know I shouldn't be impatient, but even my MW thinks it would be better to go sooner than later because the baby might be "too big". :

Sending everyone else labor inducing dust!

you are definitely not alone. check out the still pregnant roll call! lots of us still have the baby on the inside. my EDD is either tomorrow or the day after, depending on who you talk to. i was absolutely convinced that she was going to come way early. uh, i guess not. i've been puking for over a month, getting lots and lots of contractions, feeling like there is simply no more room in there and generally feeling pretty rotten, but no baby! i really just want to feel like myself again as i have been so nauseated this whole pregnancy and it has been worse lately .

i wish everyone wonderful births, easy labor vibes and babies that come soon!

Still here and my due date is today. Nothing has changed since last week's OB appointment, but I did have 3 hours of painful contractions Saturday night. Hopefully one of these times, they will keep going and stop teasing me.

I'm still here too. I'm in 'overdue' land. But have some time before I hit 42 wks when things really need to get moving.

I had contractions all afternoon Wed and all night. Enough that I got my wife to stay home on Thurs. And then they stopped. Nothing the rest of the day. Friday I lost a hunk of mucous plug and had a bunch of contractions and then they stopped.

Baby is really low today and I feel yucky but no immediate signs of labour. I am beginning to doubt I'll ever have my body to myself again. (Not that I expect to hav emy body to myself for awhile what with nursing but ya know, I'd like to have my innards to myself!)

Hi-ya. I'm 40 weeks +3. Drumming fingers. If no action tomorrow, I plan to go to a Boot Camp exercise class. Out, Baby, OUT!!!
