Suggestions for chunky knit up

Okay, second try - first one got cyber eaten!

I have 9 skeins of dusky rose chunky to knit into something for my dd (3). I am not a complete novice, can do a variety of stitches with a pattern, but would like a fastish type knit. I am in a place right now where I need to do something and get it achieved and completed quickly.

Any suggestions for patterns please? A cardigan or sweater?? TIA

I like the coat, chunky can also be nice for a fast knit, warm poncho.

I was going to suggest a poncho too- I made one for my dd with super chunky yarn!
