I have heard Alfie Kohn speak regarding his assertions about the value, or non-value as he would put it, of homework. Whether you agree with him or not, he is an engaging and challenging speaker. I found it was really interesting to attend his lecture.

Tuesday, did you make it to the lecture?
Alfie rocks! I absolutely want to pull my 3rd grader out of EQOA testing after listening to him.
