CBI doulas

Any CBI doulas out there? I'm gettting ready to enroll in their online certification program for a birth doula but am a little nervous to be giving money to a program that doesn't have signs of a physical address. I called their number but have only communicated with an answering machine so far. Anyone certify through them and are you happy with your education?

I have been with them for over a year. I am certified with them now. I have found nikki and sandy (who is my trainer) very supportive.

They're based out of singapore. Fabulous program, very supportive, I love it!

The address and answering machine is because of the distant location I am sure. Nikki is wonderful and very responsive. The manuals are really well prepared and their general take on things is excellent. I really researched all the options and felt strongly that they were best. I was really pleased with my training.

Thanks for your responses. I think I am going to take the plunge this week. So, to all who took the course, did you feel well trained and fully prepared to be a doula after you were finished?

Definitely! I did the CBE/doula combination.

I LOVED the training I got with CBI. I'm certified through them as a CBE and both a birth and postpartum doula. Nikki is very helpful and gets back to you pretty quickly. There's other CBI doulas at Alldoulas that can help answer questions, too.
