i have a may baby too. i've been getting treatment for ppd (therapy/medication) since he was 7 weeks old. i still have some bumps, dips, relapses...whatever you want to call them. but for the most part, i know i'm doing ok. i don't know where i would be today without treatment though.
i hope you can find some relief soon! you will be better and you will be ok. its just a matter of taking the steps to get there.
big hugs!

PPD is kind of like a river -- it carves a channel out and anytime you're a bit "off' it's easy for your mood to go sweeping down that channel again.
I've been in treatment more or less since my ds was born 6, nearly 7, years ago. (Not on meds the whole time, but for a surprisingly long time). I am just now considering going without meds again after dd was born 3 3/4 years ago. I'm going to wait until dd weans at age 4 (that's what she told me, and I'm holding her to it!) and then get stabilized in my health and moods and go off the last little bit of Paxil.
You will get better. You will feel like yourself again. But it takes time.
