I've got the Milk episode on, and in the opening sequence when he's milking a cow and giving background information that milk is the only substance made solely to be food (all plants and animals having their own purposes besides feeding someone else) he includes "Human" in the list of milk producing species.

There needs to be an ad with his kid (hehe- offspring/spawn/host of other terms used on the show) nursing with mama and the tag line should be: My dad is Alton Brown, so I know Good Eats.

*sigh* I love that guy- his show is so awesome! I noticed that too when I watched it last week. I also appreciated that he covered lactose intollerance when it comes to humans with cows milk.

I once saw an episode where he made a warm cheese spread with leftover wine and random bits of cheese. : My love for Alton burns brightly.
