My first son came at 37 weeks and I guess I was nieve to think this little one would come early too. I am 39 weeks now and have lost my mucus plug 2 weeks ago. I am 2cm dialated and 90% effaced as of 2 weeks ago and have had 2 instances of false labor that gave me strong uncomfortable contractions all day coming 10 min apart and eventually going to 8min apart but then stopping shortly after I went to bed. I know this little one has his own schedule but I guess i didn't do a very good job preparing myself for reality, that he may actually go to his due date or after and that's OK. I have learned a big lesson form this little boy but I am so anxious to to kiss, and hold and nurse him.
