Okay here is this weeks menu:
Monday: Leftover sheeskabobs(sp?) tossed into alfredo served over linguine.
Tuesday: Grilled hamburgers, oven fries, corn
Wednesday: Baked fish and parmesan couscous with spinach
Thursday: Grilled chicken skewers with peanut dipping sauce ,brocolli
Friday: spagetti,corn,garlic bread
Saturday: crockpot pinto beans(only I will eat these probably ) ,corn bread
Sunday: Chicken and brocolli stir fry with homemade eggrolls
Breakfast: english muffins with macadamia butter, egg sanwiches, green smoothies, cereal, OAMC breakfast burritos
Lunch: left overs, turkey sandwiches, left overs

Snacks: banana bread, oamc pizza rolls, brownies, hummus and carrots, popcorn
