We're going to the zoo today with a couple of friends (one little, one big
), but it will be free (membership).
I think I may need to get gas. I'm not sure. I obviously don't want to run it to empty. But I'm loathe to put more in...it's a psychological thing.
Afterwards, I'm going to Trader Joe's. I really only need eggs, cheese (and *only* Mozz. and Cheddar - not 27 different exotic cheeses!), butter, tofu, some fresh fruit, greens, raisins, and coffee. And DD's treat (she usually gets a small treat - she likes the fruit bars, which are .50-.60c...I can deal with that). So between $30-35 worth of stuff.
But everything in TJ's is so purty!!!
PS...tell me I don't want Kosher Pepsi. Remind me that I haven't had soda in 2.5 weeks, and if I buy a bottle, I'll drink the whole thing in about 3 hours, and there goes all my healthy eating for the past couple weeks (which I've been trying very hard to do...and, oddly enough, succeeding). I don't want it. I don't want it. I wish they sold it in smaller bottles...then I would just buy one and be happy. But, 800 calories of sugar water probably isn't listed as part of a healthy diet, eh?
Damn you, you liquid sugar-mongers! Sweet syrupy goodness, caramel colored ambrosia, delightful fizzies tickling my mouth....
