I just wanted to share what has really helped my perineum+ feel better. I mixed up tea tree oil, camomile oil, vitamin E oil and added canola oil to dilute it. I put it in a little squirt bottle from Target. It has really helped heal, lower swelling and relieve the pinching feelings.

My disclaimer: I am not an expert in these things. Maybe you can find a better recipe, but this has worked for me. Feel free to swap or refer to other resources.
