CRM- being mindful about our eating is so important (especially if you are chasing kidlets around and eating after them)! Keep up the good work!
My exercise and eating journal regimen have been derailed, and they are still at a dead stop.
My mother became very ill (ruptured appendix) and was in ICU for 5 days, and then in the hospital for another 6 days after that. She's doing so much better now, but between going out to see her (she's 2 hours away), and all the other crazy hectic things that happen in May, I haven't worked out or kept track of my eating AT ALL. My fil and his new wife are coming in 2 days for a visit, so I'm hoping that once they leave on Tuesday, I can try to get back into a routine. It's just so frustrating to watch all my hard work go away so dang fast.
How is everyone else doing?
