Hancock's and WalMarts that still have fabric sections also carry it. Picked up some yesterday so I could make a few bags for the DGKs

We don't have any of those stores nearby, but I used the plastic case that some pillowcases came in. It worked perfectly!

I used an old pushchair rain cover for mine. I've also heard of people using shower curtains.

Now I need more projects with clear windows, still lots of rain cover left

I use re-use bags. The place I work at sold the pregnancy/breastfeeding tank tops that came in a thick plastic bag with a zipper on it. My boos tossed the bags and I scooped them out. I used the plastic AND the zippers. That plastic works great for the eye spy bags.

Also the bags that blanket sets come in.
