Fleece for outer and inner?

Hi all,
I am very new to sewing, but am going to try my hand at making some pocket dipes/trainers for my girls. I went to my local fabric store (becuase I am too impatient to order online ) and got a fabric called "Baby Dry". It has a fleecey like side and is almost like vinly on the other side? Has anyone heard of it or used it? The only thing that would help now is if someone has any tips on sewing it! Then I got anti-pill fleece for the inside and cute fuzzy patterned fleece for the outside... I know, lots of layers. But anyhow, which side of the fleece should I have out? The fuzzier side? It seems that would get too worn? Have I made terrible choices? What else can I do with lots of cute polar fleece?!
Thanks!

Silly Me!

Geez,
I feel like an idiot! This is what I get for my impatience and taking advice from someone who may not even have ever seen a cloth diaper. : I looked up the fabric and sure enough, it is vinyl and is perfect for mattress covers and changing table pads - it is water resistant, not water-proof and the washing instructions say to "wipe clean." So obviously this won't work for the trainers!
Can I sandwich some thin PUL in the fleece? What else could I use to sandwich?
And... anyone have some creative uses for all this white Baby Dry fabric?
PLEASE HELP!

I have an AIO made of fleece that I bought from a WAHM. It's polar fleece on outside, cotton layers and a soaker inside, and then fleece next to baby. Its basically waterproof, unless its soaked. It's like a fleece sandwich with some flannel and a soaker as the meat!

Thank You for your reply!
The more I thought about it, this is what I was going to do, so it is nice to know that it will work. Hopefully, as the trainer, it won't be getting soaked!

I've made covers for my boys with 1 layer microfleece inner and 1 layer polar fleece outter. They worked pretty well unless the kiddos were soaked. I put the softest side of the fleece against the skin.
