Hello everyone,
It's time (finally) to get a new mattress for the family bed.
I would love to get a natural rubber latex mattress, but what little consumer opinion I can find on the web is NOT positive. People say they feel wonderful at first, then get very lumpy (the top layer), with permanent body indentations getting as bad as 4 inches (?!?!) deep which develop after about two-four months of use.
I love the idea of not having springs, but I KNOW the Tempur-Pedic stuff must be toxic (mother got one and it smelled like it was full of petroleum), so I'm really hoping to find a brand of latex mattress which has worked out their kinks....
Of course...if anyone has used any organic cotton, bamboo or wool conventional "style" mattresses...I'd be glad of your opinion on those too
Thanks!!!
