BPIAB inflating issue?

So.... We've mostly inflated the birth pool with a coleman air pump.

We can't get the floor inflated though!

Can anyone help trouble shoot this?

We didn't have any trouble inflating the floor of ours- it inflated very quickly. I'm not sure what the problem could be unless you have a hole. You need to inflate the floor before you inflate the sides- perhaps that's the problem?

CAn I ask what you used to inflate it with?

DH tried that, couldnt work.. so he inflated most of the sides. If the bottom can't inflate, I can get him to try all over again. The sides took about two minutes to come up!

We used the pump that came with the accessory kit we bought with the pool. It's just a normal air pump.

Does the bottom have it's own plug thingy to put air in? Dont mean to ask a dumb question but it's the only thing I can think of that would keep the bottom from inflating but not the side.
