Weekly Update thread. 3/31-4/6 - Page 3

I'm 37w1d. The only progress so far is that the baby is now at a -2 station -- no cervical dilation/effacement yet. I've come through all tests (GD, GBS, PIH, etc.) with flying colors so far -- woohoo!!

I'm *completely* done preparing, so I'm pretty much just sitting around twiddling my thumbs until the baby decides to arrive.

I'm 38 weeks today and had an appt and let him check me... 2 cm, 80% effaced, baby at -3 or -2 station. I believe he said that he is engaged because he couldn't push his head back up (does that sound right?). So, even though I haven't had any contractions that I'm aware of, things are happening - which is good because he also brought up induction today and said he would try to get me on the schedule for 41 weeks. I really don't think I'll need it so I'm not too worried, but if I do make it to 40 weeks I'll have to start figuring out what to do about that.

I think baby's mad from having his head poked because he has been wiggling like crazy since the appointment!
