Best Organic Fabric?

I'm thinking of making cloth dipes as a biz venture. The woman who would retail them prefers organic or other all natural fabrics.

So zI'd like to know:

Best absorbancy

Water resistant fabrics

Is hemp fleece water resistant like poly fleece?

Hemp fleece is absorbent - not like ply fleece.
For natural outer/cover fabric, wool is the only real option - it's super nice
A nice and very absorbent organic fabric is 100% cotton ring spun velour. It's like buttah!
