Help with non vaxing and starting daycare

I am so nervous about this and its stressing me out! I have an almost 2 year old who i stopped vaxing at 6 months. Ped kicked us out for it. Found a new ped but she is still sort of pushy (im on medicaid) and so i have avoided doctor visits with him. He has only seen her once. I told her i was delaying to get her off my back. He hasnt needed to see a doctor for anything anyway.
So now im starting him in daycare. Its probably going to be in home and dcfs liscensed. I am getting financial assistance through the state for daycare. I had a meeting today with the daycare provider and she was going over forms i would have to fill out for daycare. I saw a form that required all of the immunization history and a lead and tb test, plus a bunch of other medical stuff and it also requires a doctors signature.
I can easily make a religious exemption form for daycare, right?
What about all of the other stuff that needs to be signed by the doc? What if she wont sign it if i refuse to vax?

There is a ped in our area that doesnt vax at all. She doesnt take our insurance but i would be willing to pay out of pocket for her if this process with the medical forms would be easier with her.

anyone? i know there a lots of knowledgeable moms on here! does they daycare HAVE to except the religious exemption?

The daycare does not have to accept the exemption unless they recieve some kind of funding.

Now, if DFCS is paying for your tuition(or any other child there)...yes. This counts as "funding" since she's getting state money.
