Anyone else sitting on a yoga ball?

I bought one today to help me deal with the back pain and discomfort I've been having. I cannot believe how great it feels.

If any of you are feeling sore, I highly recommend getting one. It's supposed to open your pelvis a bit too and help the baby come down.

I keep meaning to try and get one but I don't know how big of a one to get... I know your knees are supposed to be lower then your pelvis... maybe I will look for one next time I'm out.

How tall are you? I've this is the best sizing:

55 cm (21")-- 4" 11" to 5' 3"
65 cm (25")-- 5' 4" to 5' 10"
75 cm (29")-- 5' 11" and up

I could only find 65 cm in the store I was at, I think that's pretty standard.

Right now... I'm sitting on the couch with my legs propped up on my ball

I know I could be putting it to better use.

I live on mine and then dd rolls it out of my room and I forget to sit on it for a few days but then I feel so crummy I go find it again and bring it back, and the cycle continues.

All the time. I still get stiff if I sit for too long, no matter where, but I love the ball!! When I was still working I used one as my office chair - it was the talk of the office for weeks (sad, but true). I had two yoga balls... but DH, who never had pets growing up and is still a bit mischievous with them, thought that the cat might want to sit on my once-preferred red one. I heard some commotion from the other room... after dinner, I walked into the living room to find a partially deflated red yoga ball Here's hoping that our children, who WILL grow up around animals, will 1. have a bit more respect for wants vs non-wants of animals, and 2. understand that things with claws don't mix with inflatables.

Good to know! I am 5'6'' so it looks like I need a 65 cm or 25" one...

I keep mine at my computer desk (where I spend most of my sitting ) and sit on it while I'm online. This silly baby refuses to drop so I"m hoping it helps.

Just FYI, I think the height guidelines are a little off. I am 5'8" and definitely needed the 75 cm ball.

I'm 5'6 and also don't feel the 65 cm is tall enough.
