I've got an easy 3 planned this morning. I'm running with my babysitters daughter to help her get ready for a timed mile. It's in june and she can already do an 8:17, she'd like to get to a 7 min mile. But today is just for me to get an idea of how she runs seeing as I've never run with her before. I'm excited and a little nervous/shy...

OK-new month and I have a confession. I hate running. I think it sucks. I dread the thought of having to do it and I always have. I'm bowing out of this group to follow my true love of water polo. Please don't try and change my mind, it has already been decided. I'll miss you all.

All 3 girls came down to breakfast in their bathing suits and flip flops to "get" dh this moring. It was pretty cute.

Just subbing on page 1 for once. Goals for the week as follows:

Tues - 3 miles, easy
Wed - Tempo run, 8 miles total, 5 at tempo pace
Thurs - 3 miles, easy
Fri - Off
Sat - Easy run 3-4 miles
Sun - long run, 11 miles

And somewhere in there I have a client 41 1/2 weeks, and one 40 1/2 weeks, and 2 earlier than that but convinced they'll have their babies soon - so we'll see how it all pans out.

we've got our april showers today, taking down some of this darned snow pack. i know it's not the end - we always get a snow storm or two in April. But boy am i ever ready.

no exercise planned for today, errand running instead.

my big goal is to stay off of mdc until i get home. in preparation for treasure mapping, i am decluttering my to-do list. i have a feeling that my map will be full of things i want to do, not necessarily material things. therefore i need to make sure i have the capacity for these things to happen.

This treasure mapping time has really helped me a lot to knock things off of my to do list. I don't know if it was coincidence, but my DH has really been motivated to help me too. We finished our 3rd bedroom, put in a toilet and trim in the 2nd bathroom, organized/decluttered the family room, and today we are taking on the basement. I also have boxes to take to St. Vinnies and some things for my sister to take.

Speaking of spring cleaning, I have 2 books to give away for shipping. PM if you are interested - They are "The Power of a Praying Wife" by Stormie Omartian and "A Woman After God's Own Heart" by Elizabeth George.

Paige, I was starting to get that dropping, pit of my stomach feeling I get when online drama starts, and then remembered the date! Before I scrolled down to the April Fool's reveal, I'm proud to say.

No exercise here, but lots of running around with children, and entertaining the electrician as he fixes some circuit issues we are having.

How I wish I had space in my brain to come up with an April Fools today. Last night we yanked dd's top front tooth with the same method shown on my blog some posts back. There is another family run planned tonight. I'm glad to have the motivation, but to be quite honest I HATE working out with Dan! Hate it. I like my own flow and my own thoughts, and I hate listening to his feet go "FLAP FLAP FLAP FLAP" as his feet slap against the pavement in a pathologically incorrect manner. Especially now that I can't turn off the PT Student brain and want to figure out what's wrong and if it's hurting him... and he wants me to shut up and let him run. Sheesh. The nerve of him, huh?

Anyway. Anyone else find that their otherwise-excellent life partner is the last person you want to work out with?
