So today my ped says...

I havent been to the ped in about a year. We went today for a 4 year check up, I wanted to make sure eyes/ears were ok mainly. Plus I want my son to stay connected to the ped in case something does happen, he will know her at least. Shes only been our ped for 2 years. She says: I see youre not vaccinated. I said: Yep, thats right. And she says: I dont blame you, I wouldnt either! This is southeast ga, in the boondocks where spanking and vaxes are the norm, pretty much. I was so pleased! I love my ped!

omg, I'm jealous! Although ours said he didn't care about any but hib and prevnar... which we still haven't gotten around to doing...

Wow, that's awesome!

I lived in southeast GA when DS was born (Camden County) and the ped I saw there booted us out for not vaxing.

OMGoodness...so she actually said not to vaccinate? What an irresponsible quack. It's on her head if you baby catches some horrible disease.

Isn't it nice when they at least don't judge. I am so glad that you posted a NICE ped story, as not all peds are a PITA. Glad that you have a ped that you can go to with out being judged, badgered, or hounded.
