I'm about to lose it... this could be getting exciting!!

So I'm sitting here waiting on Ds to go to sleep so I can go take a shower and stop these stupid contractions that I know are not real.

I'm near tears over here because of this crap. Dh went to bed, but here I am waiting on Ds to go to sleep.

They've been 7-9 mins apart for the past 2+ hours. But they are not getting closer together, or stronger.

I just want to cry. And ds is really pushing my last nerve. GO TO SLEEP!!! It is almost midnight here. He better sleep in tomorrow.... I feel the cranky coming back.

I'm so sorry. I hope that they become real super soon. And that DS goes to sleep.

I can't believe your DH went to bed and left you with your DS and contractions. When I was in early labor, I responded to anything my DD said with, "Daddy's in charge. Go ask him." I hope he goes to sleep quickly for you.

He's getting up early and going to work. He was falling a sleep on the couch and acting all pissy. I'd rather him not be around me right now if he is going to act like that.

I don't know if I'm going to do a shower tonight. I'd rather just go to bed. Ds might find himself in his bed alone tonight putting himself to sleep. He can do it as long as all the lights are out.

Although the night before last I got up to go pee and I found him sleeping in the middle of the hallway floor. It was so cute. Not sure how long he had been there.

Oh mama I am so sorry, I can really relate. My almost 2yo is currently throwing a fit about not wanting to go to bed and my almost 4yo is hysterical that he won't go to sleep with her. I'm sitting here trying to drink a cup of tea because my throat is a really sore and trying to beg DH to deal with ds. DH of course is not dealing with it very cheerfully I'm just too tired for this... I really hope that your ds goes to sleep and that the ctx either stop or you have a baby very soon. This false labor stuff is enough to make you go crazy!

I'm awake now... I just want to sit and look out the window and pretend I have no responsibilities. Ds is already tearing out all the DVDs and not listening.

I just turned on Thomas... he said "thank you" how sweet... lets see how long this keeps him entertained. Thomas and Bob the Builder is the only kid dvds I can get him to pay attention to for any amount of time.

Please let today go by fast!!!!!!!

I'm with you on hoping the day goes by fast. DD watched a movie and now she's done in the bath and it's only 10 am. And dh went to work kind of late this morning so he won't be home until later. And I can feel myself swelling. Ugh. I had to clean the toilet, it was so gross I just cleaned it three days ago. I hate this household sometimes.

I made my dh come home for lunch so that I could have some adult company for an hour.

Now it won't seem so long until he comes home for the day.

Oh man, I'm with all of you! Sitting in an empty room and staring vacantly out the window sounds pretty darn appealing. I just want people to leave me alone and stop asking me to do stuff for them.

And don't you know tonight is DD's swim lesson, which I have to bring DS to also, and it's always a freakin' nightmare - no parking, the schlep, grouchy DD when the lesson is over. I should just skip it, but she loves it and they are so expensive, and I shoudl probably save my "skip it" chits for after the baby is born.

I'm not contracting as much today, but these suckers are starting to get painful. Still just totally random though...

Seriously, I wish we could all hang out in a room together and distract each other. I'm obsessing way to much over everything right now.

So.... I wake up and I'm having more painful contractions than the past few weeks... they are 6 mins apart and been going on for about an hour now. ... Ok wow... those last two were 4 mins apart... and ouch... I'm trying to type through it...... oooooo and it is fading.. ok.. I'm good.

Please!!!! For the love of all that is Holy and Good let this be the real thing! Dang... that was a good one.

I wonder if that one was a fluke because it was so close to the last one and it was much stronger than the last one. They've been like that though... it's like every other one is stronger.

We'll see how these pan out. Wonder when/if I should wake dh.
