Questions to ask a midwife?

I'm starting to interview a few midwives, and realize I have no idea what to ask! I am not pregnant yet, but we plan on TTC next month.

Any suggestions? What questions did you ask, and what do you wish you would have asked?

If you do an internet search on "questions to ask a midwife" or something like that, there are several sites w/ good ?'s to ask.

One thing I would add....ask for former clients to talk to. Also, if your state has a mw board, check with them to see if the mw is in good standing. I REALLY wish I had done this when I was choosing a mw.
