Welcome to April M.O.M's

Sorry I haven't been around much. My mum was really sick and ever since I feel like I have been running to try and catch up with everything; I haven't had a moments rest . why is it always busy at one period of time?

Hello....we are here.

We had a stomach bug this week. Lots of illness around here lately.

Stopping in to say hi.

Not sure if I count as a mom of many... I'm due any day with #5. There are times it seems like many, especially when we're out and about, but other days it seems like "only" five and not a large family at all!

I hope all the sickies get well asap!

mama_ani, woo-hoo! Keep us posted on the new teeny person's arrival!

Thanks everyone for sharing your home school routines in last month's thread. I enjoy hearing about how others with herds of munchkins manage.

Speaking of munchkins, one of mine just came up & reminded me that it is family game night (Thursday=Family Game Night ) so I guess I'm done here.

I'm here. Not much time to do anything but try and keep up. Baby is getting bigger and bigger (24 wks today). So things are going fine. My oldest just turned 18 and my youngest will be 4 tomorrow! I can't believe they are growing up so fast.

But life moves on, whether or not we want it to. So we must jump right in there and keep up!

wow! 18! I can't fathom...well, I can a little. LOL My first one will be there in 8 years, and if those fly by as fast as the last 10, welll...

I can totally relate to this! My eldest is 17 (18 in July) aand is final year of high school my youngest is 4 and I am pregnant with baby number 7 (I am not as far along as you in my pregnancy)

I too have some wide spacing. My DD is 16 & just finished up her GED (so is done with high school), & I also have a 3 month old. I'm sure we'll end up having another teeny person or two eventually so my oldest DD & her youngest siblings will be quite far apart! My mom & I are 17 years apart so at this rate, my DD will be further apart in age from her youngest siblings than I am from my mom.

We are here just starting our 'Easter' break from school and moving our business into a new office which is more work that we thought!

I visited a friend and her newborn yesterday - her fourth - and mmmm its so tempting to forget the nausea, the injections and the OB hassle and just do it again...

I've still got your baby clothes Saying that, I'm reconsidering my assumption that 4 is it- I couldn't sell my newborn nappy wraps yesterday at the nearly-new sale, and it would be so nice to put a tiny little person in them....

Hang on to them for a bit and see what you can do..... I'm not sure we could make a boy so we might not need too manyblue things!

Did it snow overnight for you too? We woke up to about 4 inches of it in April

I assumed 6 was our final number so I gave away all our baby clothes, cot, pram and toys all except for a few precious hand knitted clothes that my mum made and a toy from each of our children’s early days in life. Now we have to buy everything again for the new baby.

Its going to cost a small fortune to buy everything again

I gave away just tons and tons of baby clothes, bibs, etc but I did keep enough back, just in case..........

Im also tossing out the baby swing but we barely used it anyway.

I guess we won't be having another home waterbirth in October. I lost our wee one on Saturday night.
