PVC-free bathtub mat?

I need to find a no-slip mat for the tub, but want something as non-toxic as possible. Any recs?

Ikea usually sells a bath mat. I am not sure exactly what it is made out of but it has absolutely no stinky smell and it feels different from the vinyl mats. When I go I usually grab a few because they do get gross and moldy and need to be replaced often. Still, I hate throwing them out and would prefer a more sustainable alternative.

we use the bath mat from toys r us. i'm not sure if it is PVC free, i didn't see any where on the cover that it was vinyl, it feels rubbery.
anyone know what it is made from?
