Is there any reason to continue the EPO??

For about the past week I've been taking Evening Primrose Oil orally and internally and after a few self-cervix checks I can already fit 2+ fingers in my cervix which means I'm dilated to at least 2-3 right?? And my mucus plus has come out in several chunks over the last 2 days.
Do I still use the EPO or just keep taking it orally and not internally??

Anyone?

I would still take it orally but not insert. I have not real science to prove why I would do that though

I was actually wondering the same thing. I'm at 3cm, so I'm not feeling like cervix softening is what I need to be working on right now.

I have stopped taking it vaginally, I am very soft and maybe 3cm. I guess i stopped because it is messy and i dont feel like i need to be any softer than i am, i dont know how much difference it makes anyway. Maybe i am just feeling discouraged and like nothing is going to help me have this baby
Oh, i am still taking 2 orally.

Aww Ruby When is your due date again?

Ok so I'll still take it orally along with more RRL tea and see if things keep progressing.

Thanks, My due dates range from the 2nd through the 7th. I know I am not even past that, im just getting sick of it. especially because i keep "having signs" and constantly contracting. But then wake up the next morning still pregnant. it cant go on forever right?

I'm with ya. I'm due April 5 - 6. I want this to happen! I was induced last time, so my thing is I just want to go into labor on my own!

Sigh, I'm here you, I've been taking like 6 a day, but I'm barely a one. I would keep taking them, they are still good for you and will help with afterbirth hormone surges. ;0)
