I've had it..
Last night DH and I ran out not too long after an unsuspecting visit from my sister. We decided to run to the store since it was so nice out. Because we were pretty distracted in conversation, we ended up going the opposite direction of where we wanted. We had to turn around, and thus, get gas.
There were a lot of cars in the lot waiting to get to a pump. We waited on one, that we had to back into.. Then this .... (insert colorful word of choice here) SUV comes screaming from behind us right as we are backing up. I shouted at my husband to stop which he did, and we nearly escaped hitting this guy. Who continued to zip through the parking lot at warp speeds.
I felt another small leak in my water, and contractions started coming slow but steady. I didn't pay that much attention until we were at the grocery store, and it wasn't exactly comfortable to walk through them. I also noticed that I was a little, um, damp. They were coming probably every 4-5 minutes.
They continued that way the whole way home. This was a good few hours, but before I called myself into labor I wanted to give it some time. We ate. I bounced on my birth ball. Then... they started to peter out to every ten minutes and beyond.
I went to bed and that was that.
My stomach is sore, my back is killing me, and I am not having anymore contractions!
I am not leaking anymore either.. which I have to say worries me. I am keeping up on my Vitamen C.. but if this baby isn't born soon, I may need to go to the hospital.
*sigh*
