Symptoms

Who's already suffering? I felt quietly confident of a BFP because this month my imaginary symptoms didn't seem so imaginary.

I've had shocking heartburn, reflux and nausea for days. Food tastes weird and I have the foulest taste in my mouth.

I'm not even 4 weeks until tomorrow! I hope this isn't a sign of what's to come...but if it is, I'll happily take it

I'm just really tired and super unmotivated! And today I've been ravenous ALL DAY. Other than that just some weird twinges in my abdomen. I'm not looking forward to the morning sickness I had with my DS!

I don't really have any symptoms except needing to get up and pee once or twice at night. No nausea, no food aversion, no sore boobs, nothing.

But I'm not quite 5 weeks yet so it's early yet.

I've been taking the milk thistle for a few months which is suppose to prevent morning sickness so we'll see! :

I have had horrible heartburn but I always get that with all my pregnancies, extreamly fatigued all the time also very norm for me but the biggest thing now is the huge mood swings. With my girls I was happy as pie, no mood swings at all But with my son I was a mad women. Haha even my best friend told me I was the biggest you know what when I was pregnant with my son and now I am feeling the same way. I can see it happening and I even think to myself"gosh why am I making such a big deal about this?" BUT I just can't stop it. I can go from stompin around the house yelling at DF to happy to crying over a dumb show on TV in a matter of 15 minutes lol. That is what is tipping me off that this may be a boy. Yayy

I'm just about 5.5 weeks. The most prominent symptom has been feeling bloated and full all the time (doc said this is because my stomach is taking a long to digest everything I eat - trying to eek out every last nutrient!!).

Boobs hurt a bit but not much - they don't usually hurt during menstruation so this a new thing for me. Been pretty tired but no morning sickness yet... any chance this means I will escape it all together???

I've had slightly tender breasts, slight nausea if I haven't eaten recently, some heartburn in the evening, extreme moodiness (or rather extreme weepiness), and some round ligament pain when I've rolled in bed or gotten up too quickly.

All in all a FAR better experience so far than my first pregnancy, which makes me vacillate between grateful for the relative normalcy and anxious that I'm not going to hold onto this baby.

Just trying to give it up to the universe... am. not. in. control. :

No symptoms yet except for AF's conspicuous absence. Honestly, my first real clue was that I wasn't a hormonal mess when I should have been!

No systoms really just tired I was SO sick w/ Bryce they put me on meds, so I'll have to check out the milk thistle!

So far just being really tired, bloated, and my breast are getting huge! Last time they didn't change sizes at all, but this time my shirts are already starting to get tight. I keep waiting for the all day sickness to kick in. I've felt a little sick, but not too bad yet. With Lilly the first couple of weeks were great and then around the 6/7 week mark I started feeling sick non-stop and it didn't get better till the day she was born. I'm just really praying it doesn't happen like that this time.

Well I haven't really had many real symptoms yet. I do seem to pee a lot at night and feel slightly nauseated during the day at times, but other than that, nothing. So here's hoping the barfing will remain minimal.

Not much here, I can feel my uterus..not really cramping, but an awareness. Starting to get very light all-day queasiness, and more round ligament pain.
DH works late and is a night owl, so I'm always tired

MMM I think you and I are right together for dates!

All I know is for 4w1d pg, I am wayyy too flippin' nauseated. I was bad with DS, but not this early on, and DD was a breeze, but this time its earlier and bad already. I wanna curl up in bed most of the day, and/or vomit. This is soo not a good sign.

Not enough! This is my first pregnancy and I want symptoms so I know its a sticky!! I'm practially squeezing my boobs trying to feel SOME soreness... but none. I do have some twinges in my lower abdomen (round ligament pain) so hopefully this is a good sign. I may also be peeing more than usual, but not sure.

My nipples are sore when the water hits them in the shower but not when DD nurses. I don't know how that can work but whatever I am also feeling bloated really bad and the new thing to day is constipation. Oh the fun

This is #4 for me, well 6th pg but I only have 3 kids, and I didn't have any morning sickness until my last pg and I was on progesterone, which I am on again, and I think that is what made me so sick last time. I am hoping I can stay on top of it and just keep eating enough to help me to feel good :

I'm feeling tired and going to the bathroom to pee a lot. I don't remember having to pee so much this early on in my pregnancy with ds.
I also feel little twinges in my lower abdomen which I don't remember having when pregnant for ds.
I've also notice a little stiffness in my fingers at night when I wake up (I wake up numerous times at night when ds wakes up to nurse) so I'm hoping this has nothing to do with my blood pressure.
Thankfully I haven't noticed anything with my breasts. They are still huge from pregnancy with ds and I'm nursing him now too.

okay. symptoms are setting in. my breasts are getting tender -- not yet exactly painful, but enough that a surprise tap or brush against something makes me squeak. I felt vaguely ill all day yesterday, and I'm trying to stave off more ill-feeling by drinking raspberry leaf tea and eating a lot.

I am so freakin' tired all of the time. I have been a napping queen lately.

I have cramping and cry at all things slightly sentimental. AND I am HOT all the time. For someone who is normally cold most of the time I am not used to feeling so warm!

I, too, am sort of begging for things like morning sickness so I feel "more pregnant." I get that it's madness to feel that way and I will curse myself if I do get really bad morning sickness, but for now I really want it.

Careful with the raspberry leave tea - it's not generally recommended in the first trimester because it can make you uterus a bit unstable.

My symptoms have now extended to dry retching and pee-ing every 10 minutes. I'm only 4 weeks 2 days. I cannot imagine how I'll be in 2 more weeks.

Where do you have this info from? My herbalist recommended raspberry leaf tea to me - along with nettle leaf - for my whole pregnancy as it's a uterine tonic and full of vitamins. The nettles especially have iron and calcium, and are good for when you're feeling queasy.

Would like to know who said that red raspberry leaf is not our friend because I was told otherwise!

My naturopath - she says plenty of nettle, not so much raspberry. I think it's a bit like the vitex debate. Some say yes, some say no. I'm still taking vitex but have quit the raspberry leaf. Will be going back to raspberry leaf later in pregnancy 'cos it's so damn good for birthing!
