Anybody know anything about Lakanto? Donna Gates from Body Ecology recommends it. Obviously it is not a Traditional food - beyond that, anyone know anything wrong with it?

I don't really know anything about it other than what I read on the Lakanto website. It sounds like a good product. I was absolutely shocked at how expensive it was though, $39.95 for 2.2 pounds!

well, i know that the pecanbread listserve does not approve of it, i.e those who follow the SCD diet.Also, aint all her prices so ridiculous.
